Once upon a time, Wild Phil and Roscoe discovered that they had a common love of music and making up songs-on-the-spot. Roscoe had his own band in the 80's, while Wild Phil had his 1st grade class as a backup band in mid-60's. Today, they join forces to bring fun to tough times as they raise money for charities!
